If you call this interesting then everyone can join in clan with no problem.
One thing i forgot to mention is that you weren't in any clans before and you wrote YES that you used to play Clan Wars. I don't think you have enough experience of playing Clan War with a good clan because if you were in any clan you will most likely learn our role of play in few days, like this we will have trouble with you. There are plenty of other clans that might accept you so do ask them about and learn first steps, once you grow up we will likely look up into you.

Actually i have been in a clan but it was pm.I know the rules of cw.and i wrote idk because i cant say my qualities myself when you judge me then you will know.And about the ping i dont think 200 is that high ping
